Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly follow the below steps to return your purchase. 

Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund by the same method as you paid.

We offer free returns provided the products are returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return by Post

To return by post, we use an approved carrier - free of charge.

Please follow the steps below to produce your Returns label or QR barcode for instore printing:

  1. Go to our Online Returns Portal.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. UK01234) and delivery or billing postcode.
  3. Send your items back to us with the original Packing Slip, so we can identify your order number.
  4. Once your return has arrived back at Cole Haan, we will issue your refund, or dispatch your exchange order.

Refunds

Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method.
For returns process, please allow approximately 3 weeks for a refund to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/society to process the payment. Thank you for being patience with us.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchange service, however would encourage you to return your product and re-order an alternative product/size until you are fully satisfied.
